Our client is an established property investment business in Central, Eastern Europe who have a need for a CFO. The business has a mixed portfolio concentrating primarily on commercial assets. The business is in the next stage of growth and wanting to invest in trophy assets in the Ukraine.  The chosen candidate will ideally have had experience in Western and Central European markets and have previously worked within a top quartile investment bank.  There will be close liaison with the CEO however there will be a great deal of autonomy with a commercial strategic focus. The organisation wants to hire a driven, high profile candidate that has outstanding modelling and analytical skills along with financing capabilities. Candidates need to be experienced in structuring, financing and negotiations with institutions on senior debt facilities along with networking and drawing in further investments from high net worth individuals. You will also be involved with improving the organisations processes and controls along with improving the accuracy and timing of the financial reports. There will be a close liaison with stakeholders along with the auditors. Candidates must be experienced in analysing previous year�s revenue, and forecast the plans and objectives for the coming years.
