Trust Director - Offshore Industry - United Kingdom,Guernsey - Offshore UK

Our client is an independent Guernsey trust company, established on the island for over ten years. They now wish to recruit an additional Trust Director to help develop the business further and allow for future succession planning.

There will be a genuine opportunity to buy into the business after one year with significant scope to become a larger shareholder over time.

Working closely with a small but experienced team, the successful individual will be expected to develop new business. Whilst they will not be expected to bring a client offering with them they should have a proven, strong track record dealing with clients and an excellent reputation within the industry.

It is expected that there will be an element of travel involved, although it should be noted that this isn't a pure sales/marketing role.

This really is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to complete their career by buying into a successful and established trust business. The role will command a competitive base salary, along with a discretionary pension scheme, health plan and non-contributory pension

There is no Guernsey essential licence available for this position, so candidates must have either local residential qualifications or open market accommodation.
