Financial Controller - International - Western Europe,Donegal

This opportunity, for a Financial Controller, is targeted at talented �hands on� finance professionals who can demonstrate a successful track record achieved through excellent people management, combined with strong technical expertise.

This is a key senior appointment that will not only impact finance operations but also have a wider impact on the manufacturing operations.

We are seeking the best talent in financial controls and reporting. You will utilise your significant breadth and depth of experience to optimise performance within the finance function whilst leading and developing an ambitious fiance and production team.

Key responsibilities will include:

- As the key point of contact for Finance you will coordinate and control all financial reporting.

- Develop a robust, reliable structure, to deliver accurate & timely financial information.

- Manage all statutory and regulatory reporting and compliance, and act as the technical lead for support to the business in this area.

- Preparation and completion of all forecasts, including quarterly forecasts, annual budget.

- Control of Fixed asset register, reporting and capital expenditure procedures.

- Control monthly management reporting

-� Lead, aspire, manage and develop the Finance Team.

Candidates will need to be qualified accountants i.e.� ACA/ACCA/CIMA with a strong academic and successful track record. They must have a background in manufacturing, be experienced in ERP systems preferably SAP and be able to sell the benefits of computerisation to colleagues.� Proactive and with excellent communication skills you will be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and be relied upon to deliver. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate, good people management skills and a strong all round technical ability, happy to work in the detail, but always with an eye on the bigger picture.
