Property Analyst - United Kingdom,Hertfordshire

My client, a market leader in its field, are looking to recruit a Property Analyst to join on a 6 month basis to be responsible for property funding of land for development. Key responsibilities include:  Lead role with Acquisitions to identify schemes suitable for funding; Lead discussions with Acquisitions, Treasury, Tax, lawyers and developers to admit schemes for funding; Planning and modelling funding capacity, cash in and WIP reduction impacts; Providing information to support overlays for rent and reporting of lease commitments; Preparing budget and profit plans for development funding; Reporting actual funding (land & construction); Lead role with Group Finance to agree accounting for stat capex and disposals; Periodic reconciliation of related balance sheet accounts. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, with property finance experience and a technical appreciation of capital funding. You will also need to have strong communication and influencing skills to deal and lead discussions with the various stakeholders in the business, as well as an analytical mind and ability to deal with large volumes  of data, so organisational skills are key.
