Management Information Analyst needed for leading Nottinghamshire blue-chip. As the MI Analyst you will support a key business function and contact centre.

Your duties will be: to generate, check and publish weekly reports, to develop MI tools & systems, automate balanced scorecards, develop operational reports, produce workload forecasts for planning, present findings to the business and maintain access databases.

A high level of accuracy is required for this role and previous experience within a large blue-chip is essential.  You will be highly analytical, with excellent communication skills, being able to interrogate and question information and have SQL experience.
