• Identify new project opportunities and meet revenue targets for Corporate Finance and the wider firm.
• Review reports, information memoranda and documents using Word and PowerPoint
• Review financial models using Excel
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of firm products and deliver cross-selling opportunities 

The successful candidate will have:

• Thorough working knowledge together with a proven track record of sell-side and buy-side corporate finance advisory activities.
• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).  
• A proven ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Proven knowledge of market conditions and new developments, together with a strong professional network.
• Previous management experience. 
• An excellent communicator with sound commercial judgement, a strategic perspective and first class inter-personal skills.
• A hands-on approach, effective at working in a competitive environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word and Excel.
• For those involved in plc activities, a thorough knowledge of relevant regulatory regimes.

Reporting to the Group Financial Director, your main responsibility will be to head up all aspects of finance, financial control, accounting and reporting for an associated real estate asset management business.  The business has 2 main funds, one of which is a German real estate business. The role is very “hands on” and will also include a review of financial reports produced by a local team in bases in Europe.

The Role
Reporting to the Group Financial Director, your main responsibility will be to head up all aspects of finance, financial control, accounting and reporting for an associated real estate asset management business.  The business has 2 main funds, one of which is a German real estate business. The role is very “hands on” and will also include a review of financial reports produced by a local team in bases in Europe.
Main responsibilities will include:-
•	The role also entails overall management of accounting and financial administration functions for all funds managed by the Group
•	Review NAVs for the various funds on a weekly and monthly basis and AUM each month
•	Manage one fund accountant and co-manage the accounting team in Germany

You will be responsible for all aspects of finance including operational reporting, analysis, overseeing the monthly management accounts, sales reporting, management of capital investment, budgeting & forecasting, analysis & pricing of tenders and management & control of large scale contracts.
About you:
A professionally qualified accountant, you will have a proven track record within senior level financial management and control.
